Why Simulation, Not Slides
People remember what they do, not what they’re told. Classroom training and slide decks can build knowledge, but they rarely change behaviour in the field. Role-based simulation puts participants into realistic scenarios where they have to make decisions, manage trade-offs, align across functions and use data and tools under pressure.
Participants practise not only what to do, but how to work differently. They reflect on their decisions and behaviours, identify what needs to change, and translate the learning into specific actions they can apply in their daily work. Interactive, simulation-based training lifts skill retention by more than 60%, pushes retention rates above 75%, and improves performance by around 34% compared with traditional classroom formats.
