A Custom Leadership Programme for Emerging Leaders

The Dutch royal airline KLM places great importance on leadership in a dynamic and demanding industry. To help their emerging leaders excel, we have developed a bespoke leadership programme in collaboration with KLM. It is an inspiring journey in which participants strengthen their leadership skills, build valuable networks, and gain a deeper understanding of their role within the organisation.

An Inspiring Leadership Journey

Participants embark on this programme alongside fellow leaders, sharing valuable insights and learning from one another. The journey begins with exploring their own personalities and discovering ways to leverage their strengths while gaining awareness of their own (limiting) beliefs.

They then focus on their roles as leaders, both within their teams and the broader organisation. They learn how to motivate and inspire their teams and how to create a safe and supportive work environment. Additionally, they have the opportunity to practice challenging conversations with the help of experienced training actors.

During the leadership journey, we connect emerging leaders with seasoned role models within KLM. These role models share their experiences and advice, providing participants with a broader perspective on leadership within the organisation.

After each module, we encourage the emerging leaders to apply the insights and skills they have acquired in practice. We motivate them to conduct concrete experiments to foster their growth and development.

Visible Growth in Leadership Skills

The impact of the programme is clearly visible. The emerging leaders show significant growth in their leadership skills, which is also recognised by their supervisors. Additionally, participants build valuable relationships with other emerging leaders, who continue to support and inspire each other even after the programme has concluded.
