Podcasts on Leadership Development, Collaboration & Trust in Teams

InContext offers two different types of podcasts: “De Doorbraak” (The Breakthrough) and “De Omslag” (The Shift).

“De Omslag” provides a platform for managers, directors, and executives who genuinely want to make a difference for their employees and organisation. They share their biggest challenges, key lessons learned, and the results they have achieved.

In “De Doorbraak,” participants from various programmes and interventions, such as an onboarding programmes, personal development programmes, or business simulations, discuss what these experiences have brought them. These are honest and open conversations about challenges, life-changing experiences, and newfound insights.

All podcasts are available to listen to directly on this page, as well as on Anchor, Spotify, YouTube, and RadioPublic.
