The organisation

With offices all over the world, Green Giraffe has been providing cutting-edge financial advice and market information on all aspects of renewable energy since 2010. Their unwavering ambition is to deliver highly qualified and specialised guidance, driven by the belief that renewable energy is a vital component in ensuring a healthy and sustainable future for all.

When HR Manager Catherine Waters began her search for a training and coaching partner to help boost communication throughout the organisation, she created a list of six international agencies that met the requirements. After the sales pitch, Catherine was immediately drawn to InContext.

How we left a mark

Because of the themes, but also because of the start with a personality test for all employees, we were able to make an impact immediately. The team at Green Giraffe is very close-knit and there has always been a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. However, not everything was always discussed, which could sometimes lead to misunderstandings. The sessions immediately contributed to better mutual understanding and cooperation within the Green Giraffe team. Catherine witnessed a positive shift in behaviour, with colleagues now daring to engage in courageous conversations and address the “elephant in the room” that had previously been overlooked or avoided.
