A Customised Serious Game
This special experience features a challenging serious game where participants progress through various levels and learn to navigate different challenges. The game is designed to integrate themes such as feedback, learning from one another, and practicing skills in challenging situations.
During the game, the trainees are challenged to collaborate, make decisions under pressure, and demonstrate their leadership qualities. They are exposed to realistic and relatable scenarios that help them grow and enhance their ability to handle complex situations. Through interactive exercises and moments of reflection, the trainees are encouraged to develop and strengthen their leadership skills.
