Using Selfie360 is straightforward and efficient. Employees assess their own competencies on a five-point scale, considering their relevance to their current role or future career aspirations. After this self-assessment, colleagues provide their feedback, helping to place the results in an impartial context.
The insights gained are visualised in a matrix that clearly identifies which competencies are most critical to focus on. This process typically takes 15-30 minutes and is suitable for all employees, whether they are working individually or in larger groups.
