The impact of LinkXs

LinkXs promotes teamwork across various teams and locations while fostering open, honest, and transparent dialogue. LinkXs is created to bring out natural and recognisable behaviours. Participants will reflect on their actions, gaining useful insights that can be leveraged in their everyday practices.

How does LinkXs work?

The game is ideally played with groups ranging from eight to twelve participants, though larger gatherings can participate by running multiple sessions at the same time. A standard LinkXs session, including instructions and feedback, takes around 2 ½ hours.

Each LinkXs experience consists of four unique puzzles paired with associated construction tasks. Participants are split into four teams, each provided with a collection of puzzle and construction pieces. The objective is to finish both the puzzle and the construction task as quickly as possible. Nonetheless, the process proves more complex than it seems due to specific rules and the necessity of interdependence. Achieving success relies on the teams collaborating effectively, as they depend on one another to resolve their respective puzzles.
