What drives me is understanding what sits behind the numbers: the decisions people make, the way teams collaborate and the processes that enable organisations to perform at their best.

Throughout my career, I have seen that finance creates the greatest value when it goes beyond reporting. It should provide clarity, challenge assumptions and support better decision-making across the organisation. That is where finance becomes a true business partner.

As Manager Finance & Operations at InContext, I enjoy bringing structure to complexity, strengthening the financial foundation of the organisation and helping connect strategy with execution. Working at the intersection of finance, operations and organisational development allows me to contribute not only to financial performance, but also to sustainable organisational growth.

For me, lasting results are never created by numbers alone. They are created by people who understand where they are heading, work together effectively and translate strategy into everyday practice.
