Many aspects of an organisation can be replicated, from processes to strategies, but organisational culture remains unique. The interplay of behaviours, beliefs and internal dynamics determines whether a strategy truly comes to life and creates lasting impact.

For me, sustainable change is about connecting people, processes and strategy. By guiding teams, listening critically, communicating clearly and working analytically, I help organisations turn their plans into results and remain agile in an ever-changing environment.

With a Master’s degree in Business Administration, I can quickly translate strategic questions into practical, actionable solutions across a variety of contexts. As a junior consultant, I focus on supporting complex organisations during their transformation, always keeping people at the centre.
