About me

What energises me is supporting others in their personal development. Holding up a mirror and facing confrontation are, in my opinion, the most effective ways to enable growth in yourself and in others. I strive to help organisations create an open culture in which this is the norm – where colleagues truly want to support one another, based on integrity, collaboration, and trust.

With my background in human resources and recruitment, I have developed myself in both the human side and the strategic side of organizations. In dynamic environments, I have learned how important it is to both attract and develop talent, and to connect people to meaningful work. I believe that people form the foundation for success and that they develop to their fullest in a stimulating environment.

At InContext, I work as a Junior Consultant with a focus on leadership, training, and development. With curiosity and reflection, I contribute to insights that lead to meaningful change for people and organisations.
