Quadrality doesn’t require physical presence, as games can also be played online. In the online version, a facilitator is virtually present to guide the game while participants join remotely. For the physical version, iPads are used to play the game.

How does it work?

By rolling a dice, participants are faced with either a challenge, event, opportunity, or dilemma. They then discuss these scenarios with one another and are encouraged to make decisions that align with the desired change. The responses are linked to key performance indicators (KPIs), measuring the impact on the organisation, employees, and customers. The ultimate goal is to achieve the highest possible collective score as a team.

As a result, employees gain a clearer understanding of the connection between their daily work and the organisation’s development. They are encouraged to make decisions and take actions that align with the desired behavioural changes, while also gaining deeper insights into their own perspectives and motives, as well as those of others.

TeamworkQT

Using TeamworkQT, team members learn to recognise and resolve challenges. By encountering familiar team situations, they discover preferred team styles, explore alternatives, gain insight into each other’s strengths, and learn to appreciate and leverage these qualities. This process contributes to a better team atmosphere, greater inclusion, and enhanced cooperation.

Objectives

TeamworkQT enhances communication and multidisciplinary cooperation, fosters greater understanding and appreciation of each team member’s role, and develops effective feedback skills. Additionally, players will gain deeper insights into their own strengths and weaknesses, as well as those of their colleagues, to improve overall team performance.

How does it work?

Playing TeamworkQT takes approximately two hours. The game is played in teams using the Quadrality platform, an online, interactive game environment where players face recognisable team challenges, make decisions, and learn from the resulting consequences. TeamworkQT can be played both in person and online.
