About me

I’m an enthusiastic do-er with a strong passion for organising, connecting, and creating clarity in complex environments. I’m energised by bringing people and ideas together and turning plans into action that actually works in practice.

Born and raised in the United States, I relocated to Germany in 2011 for work and then to the Netherlands in 2014 for love, where I’ve happily built my life and career ever since. Living and working across cultures has shaped my open mindset and strengthened my ability to adapt, connect, and collaborate with a wide range of people.

I love bringing structure to complexity, working with people, and making sure things run smoothly by maintaining the right balance between the big picture and the small details. I thrive in busy settings and always focus on finding solutions instead of dwelling on problems that arise along the way.

My network calls me a ‘duizendpoot’ (a centipede) because of my passion for organising and ability to manage multiple projects at once – and I take that as a compliment!
