I am a Senior Consultant at InContext Consultancy, where I support organisations in navigating complex change and realising their ambitions. With an academic background in law and conflict resolution, combined with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, I have developed a broad and nuanced understanding of how organisations function from multiple perspectives.
