I help senior executive and top-management teams become more effective, especially in international, high-stakes contexts. Having led teams of 100–200 people and managed P&Ls in Australia, Singapore, China, the US, the UK and Vietnam, I know first-hand what it takes to align diverse experts around clear strategy and disciplined execution.
I’m passionate about Business Critical Behaviours: the bridge between well-crafted strategy and real business results. My work pairs this with Systemic Alignment: ensuring people, functions, divisions and markets are pulling in the same direction so strategy converts to measurable value. I’m pragmatic, data-informed, and not afraid to ask the hard question if it unlocks the next step forward.
I’m currently pursuing a PhD on team effectiveness (cognitive diversity in senior executive teams), translating research into tools leaders can use on Monday morning. Alongside my consulting work, I serve as Chair of the Advisory Board at the Nijmegen School of Management. My aim is simple: help leadership teams turn intent into high impact.
