People & Operations Manager

Why Work at InContext?

Leave your mark

At InContext, we believe that real change starts with people. For over 30 years, we have supported organisations worldwide with leadership and transformation programmes. Our goal? To create a positive impact—for organisations, the people who work in them, and the world around them.

Our culture is people-centred, creative, and impact-driven. We combine inspiration, creativity, and connection with analysis, decisiveness, and results. You won’t find hierarchical bureaucracy here, but a decentralised organisation where teams take ownership. In short: a place to be if you truly want to make a difference.

Our company culture

At InContext, everything revolves around people. Our colleagues have the space to be themselves, take initiative, and learn together. We foster psychological safety, open communication, and a culture where feedback is not emotionally charged, but functional and empowering.

We are proud of our unorthodox approach, our passion, and our focus on measurable results. With us, there is no top-down bureaucracy, but a mature organisation in which teams take responsibility for their own growth and performance.
