Medior Consultant

Medior Consultant

The organisation

InContext Consultancy Group is an ambitious consultancy agency focused on organisational development and strategic behavioural change. Our team of 20 enthusiastic professionals supports organisations, teams, and individuals through transformation processes, enabling them to operate more successfully.

We help complex and technologically advanced companies bring their strategy to life by developing business critical behaviour — with measurable impact across the whole organisation. With the ambition to grow, we are looking for new colleagues who want to contribute to this exciting journey.

Our approach is creative, unorthodox, and passionate, while always focused on sustainable impact. The atmosphere is informal, non-hierarchical, and growth-oriented, leveraging everyone’s strengths. Our clients include leading organisations such as ASML, Erasmus University, TU Delft, KLM, and Damen.

The role

As a Medior Consultant, you will work on complex challenges with complex clients, helping them translate strategy into tangible outcomes by shaping critical behaviours across the organisation. You will design and manage programmes, interventions, and simulations that inspire teams, develop leaders, and improve collaboration and performance.

You will acquire and develop projects, oversee execution, and guide junior consultants, freelancers, and actors involved. Acting as a trusted advisor, you combine strategic insight with practical implementation and strong facilitation skills, leading workshops and guiding groups to achieve tangible results.

Commercial awareness is essential, and you are expected to actively contribute to business development and client acquisition. You are eager to collaborate closely with colleagues and continuously learn and grow in this area. Creativity, empathy, and analytical thinking are key to your work, as is flexibility to switch between roles as project leader, coach, facilitator, and consultant.

The criteria

We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial professional who:

  • Holds a relevant university degree (e.g., business, psychology, sociology, economics) or has equivalent experience.
  • Has excellent command of Dutch and English.
  • Has at least 3 years’ experience in consultancy, organisational development, change, or learning & development.
  • Possesses strong facilitator skills, with demonstrable experience in presenting, coaching, and guiding groups.
  • Thinks and works at a scientific, analytical level.
  • Is a credible conversation partner for executives and leadership teams.
  • Can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Is flexible and creative, able to switch between project leader, coach, facilitator, and consultant roles.
  • Has affinity with human behaviour, organisational development, and digital tools.
  • Is willing to travel within and outside the Netherlands.
  • Commercial experience and ambition to grow in leadership and commerce.
