About me

In a changing and increasingly complex environment, it is essential that organisations and their employees are adaptable to change and constantly willing to innovate. I believe that the strongest organisations are those best able to do this. I am passionate about helping organisations achieve this. I do this preferably by presenting ideas, engaging in conversations with people, and encouraging innovative ways of learning.

As an exam trainer, I developed a passion for guiding people and fostering learning. I strongly believe in allowing people to experience new ways of working, rather than simply telling them what to do.

Working as a consultant gives me the opportunity to meet and help many people, and to assist as many organisations as possible with innovative methods of change. I am known for my ability to build strong relationships and conduct analyses to find solutions that meet the needs of organisations and their employees.
