The Cluster: Innovation, Simulation & Gaming

This cluster focuses on designing, deploying, and managing innovative tools, games, and simulations for learning, improving, and transforming within organisations. The cluster creates unique physical or digital instruments based on client inquiries to achieve breakthroughs in mindset, insight, alignment, and collaboration. Additionally, it builds and manages games, platforms, and tools within the Game Lab that are suitable for multiple organisations and purposes.

The Role

Medior consultants in this cluster are responsible for acquiring and developing client-specific simulation and gaming projects, as well as project management, execution, and account management with clients. They also oversee junior consultants, freelancers, and actors within their projects, collaborating closely with fellow consultants and the back office. They develop strong relationships with their clients and are known as ‘trusted advisors’. The nature of the work requires strong analytical skills, empathy, creativity, quick thinking, a can-do attitude, and an affinity for building digital tools. We seek a consultant rather than someone for the technical aspects of our work.

The Criteria

• A completed degree in a field of science or economics.
• The ideal candidate has an affinity for organisations and the development of digital tools.
• Scientific level of thinking and working.
• Proficient with digital tools and willing to learn to use new ones.
• Experience and affinity for facilitating or guiding groups.
• An entrepreneurial personality—curious, proactive, creative, open, persuasive, and sensitive, with a passion for innovation.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and development programmes in various stages simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the Netherlands for multi-day programmes.
• Commercial experience is a plus.
• A desire to advance in commerce and leadership.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English
