Why Work at InContext?

Leave Your Mark

Thirty years ago, InContext was found with the vision of making a significant impact in the world. Our aim was to foster growth and development within our organisation and apply that growth in the best and most prestigious companies globally, wherever they may be. We sought to create positive change — for the organisations themselves, for the people who work there, and for the surrounding environment.

To achieve this, our own organisation needed to be exceptional: filled with values that are truly lived, results-oriented, deeply engaged with one another, informal, ambitious, a touch spiritual, respectful, entrepreneurial, and challenging. In short, a place where you want to be if you are ambitious in every sense.

Would you like to make a meaningful contribution?

At InContext, you will have all the space you need to discover and develop your talents as a consultant. From the very beginning, you will collaborate with your colleagues to achieve breakthroughs and lasting change for our clients.

Therefore, we are not looking for just anyone! If you aspire to be the best in your field and are driven, ambitious, and creative, then InContext is the right place for you.

What does your daily work look like?

As a junior consultant, you will work alongside experienced colleagues on change, leadership, and team development projects for (international) clients. This will help you build your own experience and expertise while achieving results that your clients never thought possible.

No two days are the same. One day you might be working on a creative proposal for a new assignment, while the next day you could be brainstorming with colleagues about innovative ways to accelerate a change process. Other days, you may contribute to finding solutions for our serious games and business simulations, explore commercial opportunities, or facilitate sessions for clients alongside your colleagues. From day one, your creative ideas and analytical perspective will make a direct impact.

Who Are You?

  • You have a natural interest in people and organisations, always seeking the best solutions to make a difference for our clients.
  • Our core values of integrity, results-orientation, enjoyment, f*ck mediocrity, and fair deal align perfectly with how you wish to approach life. Our commitment to striving for the highest standards and adding extra value brings out the best in you.
  • You are eager to learn, keen to develop continuously, and always on the lookout for opportunities for innovation.
  • You possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think conceptually.
  • You hold a degree in fields such as business administration, HR, educational science, economics, organisational studies, or psychology.
  • You have the ability to work on multiple projects and development programmes simultaneously.
  • As we collaborate with many international clients, an excellent command of both Dutch and English is essential.
  • Experience in facilitating groups is a plus.
  • You reside in the Netherlands.

What Do We Offer You?

  • A highly challenging and creative work environment, with the most enjoyable colleagues and inspiring assignments.
  • With our internal training programme, which includes monthly inspiration sessions, knowledge development, on-the-job training, and coaching, you will develop rapidly. This will also lead to greater responsibilities and more challenging assignments, accelerating your development even further.
  • Varied assignments that continuously bring new learning opportunities and challenge you to create creative and innovative solutions.
  • An exciting and inspiring full-time position, with the possibility of a four-day workweek.
  • Excellent primary and secondary employment benefits, including extra holiday days, a MacBook, and of course, a company car.
