Je beweegt tussen tegenstrijdige prioriteiten, onduidelijke verantwoordelijkheden en feedback die te laat komt of te veel ruis bevat om op te kunnen vertrouwen. Het organogram schetst \u00e9\u00e9n beeld. De informele netwerken bepalen wat er echt gebeurt.<\/p>\n<p>Deze podcast gaat over dat verschil. Het verschil tussen strategie op papier en wat er dagelijks plaatsvindt op de werkvloer, in de vergadering, in de samenwerking.
