Ze geven vorm aan hoe we werken, waar we prioriteit aan geven en wat we onze medewerkers en klanten beloven. Veel organisaties hebben hun kernwaarden gedefinieerd, maar slechts weinige hebben ze echt verankerd in de dagelijkse praktijk. Kernwaarden die beperkt blijven tot documenten of verklaringen aan de muur zijn ineffectief. De echte voordelen van kernwaarden worden alleen gerealiseerd als ze door elke medewerker worden omarmd en er consequent naar wordt gehandeld. Wanneer deze waarden dagelijks worden nageleefd, worden ze een krachtige motor voor organisaties. We helpen leiders deze waarden uit te dragen en een sterk voorbeeld voor anderen te zijn. We helpen medewerkers om de kernwaarden te integreren in hun dagelijkse werk en besluitvorming. Daarnaast werken we aan het verankeren van deze waarden in belangrijke organisatorische processen, zoals verkoop, productie, service, en in het bijzonder in menselijke processen zoals prestatiemanagement, recruitment en educatie. Align ondersteunt dit door deze waarden naar de werkplek van de speler te brengen via realistische scenario's die gebaseerd zijn op hun eigen ervaringen en die van hun collega's. Het spel presenteert uitdagingen en dilemma's die specifiek zijn voor de organisatie en koppelt de keuzes van de speler aan de mate waarin ze in lijn zijn met de kernwaarden. Align is een businessgame die de dialoog tussen medewerkers over echte werkuitdagingen bevordert en hen motiveert om de kernwaarden van de organisatie dagelijks in praktijk te brengen.
