Het verhoogt werkgeluk, betrokkenheid en productiviteit en verlaagt tegelijkertijd stress, uitval en verloop. Een belangrijk aspect van sociale veiligheid is het cre\u00ebren van een cultuur van respect en waardering. Dit kan worden bereikt door het stellen van heldere verwachtingen en het aanmoedigen van een open communicatie. Het realiseren van sociale veiligheid in de praktijk blijkt echter een uitdaging. In elke organisatie, elke afdeling, elk team, spelen de verschillende typen mensen die er rondlopen een rol in het cre\u00ebren en behouden van een sociaal veilige werkomgeving.<\/p>\n                        <div class=\"btn-container\">\n\t\t                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t        <\/div>\n\t\t    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"text-media container right\" >\n            <div class=\"grid-container\">\n            <div class=\"grid-x\">\n            <div data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-delay=\"100\" class=\"cell large-6 small-order-2\">\n                <div class=\"text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Wat is er nodig?<\/h3>\n<p>De wet schrijft een set minimale normen voor met betrekking tot agressie, discriminatie, seksuele intimidatie en pesten. Die normen zijn erop gericht om een basisniveau van veiligheid te waarborgen in alle organisaties. Maar, is het simpelweg houden aan de wet voldoende voor een veilige en inclusieve werkomgeving? Zaken als sociale veiligheid, je welkom en gezien voelen, erbij horen, zijn dynamisch, subjectief en complex. Het vereist een continue dialoog in de organisatie en inspanning van iedereen om sociale veiligheid en inclusie zo hoog mogelijk te houden.<\/p>\n<h3>Een gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid<\/h3>\n<p>Maar hoe stelt een organisatie een gedeelde norm vast? Hoe bepaalt een team wat acceptabel en onacceptabel gedrag is? Hoe zorgt u ervoor dat mensen zich aan deze norm houden en elkaar erop aanspreken als ze tekortschieten? En hoe pakt u de grijze gebieden en minder duidelijke vormen van onveilig gedrag aan - die situaties die misschien niet duidelijk binnen of buiten de norm vallen of moeilijk te herkennen zijn?<\/p>\n<p>Sociale veiligheid is een collectieve verantwoordelijkheid, niet alleen een taak voor leiders.
