Wat serious gaming voor u kan doen"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"no-background text-only left\"  data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-delay=\"100\">\n\t    <div class=\"grid-container\">\n\t\t        <div class=\"grid-x grid-margin-x grid-margin-y\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t                <div class=\"cell  large-offset-1 large-8\">\n                    <div class=\"text text-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Elke managementtraining die de moeite waard is, leert je om samen te werken, een gezamenlijke aanpak af te spreken, je aan de afspraken te houden en vooral met elkaar te communiceren. We weten dit allemaal en we denken dat we het regelmatig doen. Maar een beetje serieus gamen leerde me de echte ik kennen...<\/p>\n<p>Zo'n zes jaar geleden begon ik bij InContext, waar ze business games en simulaties ontwikkelen. Diezelfde middag werd er een business game gespeeld met een klant, maar ze kwamen \u00e9\u00e9n speler tekort. Dit was mijn kans om te laten zien waar ik van gemaakt was!<\/p>\n<p>De uitdaging leek eenvoudig genoeg. Vier teams moesten hun eigen puzzel afmaken en de enige manier om puzzelstukjes te ruilen was op een speciaal 'ruil' en overlegpunt. Het doel? De puzzel zo snel mogelijk afmaken.<\/p>\n<h3>Gedreven door ambitie en een vleugje rivaliteit, dacht ik...<\/h3>\n<p>\"Karin, laat ze zien wat je waard bent! Je kunt bewijzen dat je verre van dom bent en dat je een uitdaging aankunt. Gewoon een beetje hard werken en je hebt het gemaakt!\"<\/p>\n<p>Maar in mijn eigen team kon ik de puzzel niet afmaken, wat ik ook probeerde. Ik zou toch wel een eenvoudige puzzel aankunnen? Achteraf gezien had ik natuurlijk niet alle puzzelstukjes die ik nodig had om de puzzel van mijn team af te maken. Daar was het overleg- en ruilpunt voor!<\/p>\n<p>Iedereen had zijn eigen idee\u00ebn over hoe het uitwisselingsproces verbeterd kon worden, mensen schreeuwden en gristen stukjes uit elkaars handen. We wilden allemaal de puzzel zo snel mogelijk af hebben. Er werden een paar stukjes uit mijn handen gerukt. \"H\u00e9, waarom zou je iets van mij krijgen? Wat krijg ik terug van jou?\"<\/p>\n<h3>Alle deelnemers maakten dezelfde fout<\/h3>\n<p>Het werd pijnlijk duidelijk dat we geen belangenconflicten hadden. Iedereen had een paar puzzelstukjes die de anderen nodig hadden en die konden we gewoon uitwisselen. Vanaf het begin hadden we alleen onze eigen doelen nagestreefd. Alle spelers maakten dezelfde fout. En de spelers die in de eerste vijf minuten hadden geprobeerd boven de strijd te staan, werden genegeerd en meegesleurd in het individuele gevecht. Leiderschap, communicatie, samenwerking - alles ging het raam uit. Onze solo-optredens kostten ons bijna twee uur.
