\nNeuropsychologie en Leiderschap - Keynote door professor Erik Scherder<\/em><\/h4>\n

Erik Scherder is Nederlands bekendste neurowetenschapper en een veelgevraagd spreker over de werking van het brein. Als hoogleraar neuropsychologie en auteur van meerdere bestsellers zal hij vertellen hoe leiders inzichten uit de neuropsychologie kunnen begrijpen en toepassen om complexiteit, verandering en prestaties effectief te managen.<\/p>\n

Hoe je strategie tot leven brengt en organisatiedoelen vertaalt naar concreet gedrag en meetbare resultaten.<\/p>\n

Praktische inzichten uit programma\u2019s bij Deloitte en PwC. Ontdek hoe inclusief leiderschap werkt in de praktijk en welk effect het heeft op teams en de organisatiecultuur.<\/p>\n

Connect, Then Lead - Professor Arnoud Franken<\/em><\/h4>\n

Deze sessie is gebaseerd op het werk van Amy Cuddy in Harvard Business Review en legt uit hoe verbinding voorafgaat aan invloed en hoe dit principe wordt toegepast in leiderschapsprogramma's bij het Erasmus MC en NewTone.<\/p>\n

Dit event is bedoeld voor HR-leiders die te maken hebben met toenemende complexiteit binnen hun organisatie en verantwoordelijk zijn voor leiderschapsontwikkeling en cultuurverandering. Deelnemers hebben er baat bij als ze strategie willen vertalen naar concrete, meetbare resultaten en graag ervaringen en inzichten willen uitwisselen met vakgenoten. Het aantal deelnemers is bewust beperkt om interactieve en waardevolle gesprekken mogelijk te maken.<\/p>\n

Wat je kunt verwachten<\/h2>\n

Deze interactieve sessie begint met korte, krachtige presentaties van Thomas Benedict over het vertalen van strategie naar concreet gedrag, Jade van Battum over vrouwelijk leiderschap met praktische inzichten uit programma\u2019s bij Deloitte en PwC, en Professor Arnoud Franken over \u201cConnect, Then Lead\u201d en evidence-based leiderschapsaanpakken.<\/p>\n

Daarna nemen de deelnemers deel aan de eerste roundtable, waarin zij praktijkvoorbeelden, uitdagingen en idee\u00ebn kunnen uitwisselen met collega-leiders. Vervolgens is er een diner, waarna Professor Erik Scherder, onze keynote spreker, zijn inzichten deelt over neuropsychologie en hoe het brein reageert op complexiteit, druk en verandering. Het event wordt afgesloten met een tweede roundtable en netwerkborrel, zodat deelnemers extra gelegenheid hebben om kennis te delen en te reflecteren. Deelnemers gaan naar huis met concrete inzichten en inspiratie die ze direct in hun organisatie kunnen toepassen.<\/p>\n
