Na succesvolle overnames in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Australi\u00eb heeft CHC InContext gevraagd een grondige analyse uit te voeren van de bedrijfsculturen binnen de gefuseerde organisaties. Het doel was om aanbevelingen te doen voor een soepele integratie van de nieuwe organisatie en inzichten te bieden voor het optimaliseren van de algehele organisatiecultuur.<\/p>\n<h3>Van onderzoek naar actie<\/h3>\n<p>Het project begon met een diepgaande beoordeling van de organisatiecultuur binnen beide bedrijven, inclusief onderzoek ter plaatse in Australi\u00eb. Deze analyse bracht intrigerende verschillen tussen de twee culturen aan het licht, maar ook sterke overeenkomsten die als basis zouden kunnen dienen voor verdere groei. Daarnaast werden er belangrijke mogelijkheden ge\u00efdentificeerd om de interne samenwerking en effici\u00ebntie te verbeteren, met name op het gebied van samenwerking tussen verschillende regio's. Dit zou de organisatie in staat stellen om nog betere resultaten te behalen. Hierdoor zou de organisatie nog meer waarde kunnen cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n<p>Op basis van de bevindingen in Australi\u00eb werd het onderzoek uitgebreid naar andere regio's en het hoofdkantoor, waar de eerste resultaten zowel bevestigd als uitgebreid werden. Vervolgens werd een proces opgestart, waarbij culturele ambassadeurs betrokken waren, om gerichte verbeteringen door te voeren en de culturele sterke punten van de organisatie te versterken. De aanbevelingen werden volledig omarmd door het senior management en ge\u00efmplementeerd via verschillende specifieke verbeterprojecten. Daarnaast werden er verschillende sessies gehouden met serious gaming om het senior management te betrekken bij onderwerpen als cultuur, samenwerking, systeemdenken, klantgerichtheid en procesoptimalisatie.<\/p>\n<h3>Cultuur als drijvende kracht<\/h3>\n<p>CHC heeft een uitzonderlijk sterke cultuur, met name op het gebied van veiligheid, waar het een voorbeeldfunctie vervult binnen de industrie. Het door InContext geleide project resulteerde in een significante verbetering van de organisatiecultuur. Het heeft de organisatie vereenvoudigd, de focus op kernwaarden en identiteit vernieuwd, belemmerende percepties en patronen doorbroken en de samenwerking tussen afdelingen die voorheen weinig interactie hadden verbeterd.
