Hun onwrikbare ambitie is om hooggekwalificeerde en gespecialiseerde begeleiding te bieden, gedreven door de overtuiging dat hernieuwbare energie een vitale component is in het verzekeren van een gezonde en duurzame toekomst voor iedereen.<\/p>\n<p>Toen HR Manager Catherine Waters op zoek ging naar een partner voor training en coaching om de communicatie binnen de hele organisatie te stimuleren, stelde ze een lijst op van zes internationale bureaus die aan de eisen voldeden. Na het verkooppraatje werd Catherine meteen aangetrokken door InContext.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"Het verkooppraatje was eigenlijk meteen de eerste coachingsessie. Een bijzondere en onvergetelijke start\"<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>De InContext manier<\/h3>\n<p>Onze aanpak ging verder dan alleen het geven van training; we daagden Green Giraffe uit om diep na te denken over hun organisatie, de manier van samenwerken in teams en onderliggende problemen. Dit proces om een fundament te leggen vormde de basis voor een transformatieve reis, waarbij medewerkers op alle niveaus, van het managementteam tot nieuwkomers, in hun kracht werden gezet door middel van een uitgebreid programma gericht op feedback, leiderschap, samenwerking, management en cultuur.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"InContext heeft ons vanaf het eerste moment aan het denken gezet. Over onze organisatie, de manier waarop we samenwerken en de vraagstukken die we zelf nog niet in kaart hadden gebracht.\"<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Hoe we een stempel achterlieten<\/h3>\n<p>Door de thema's, maar ook door de start met een persoonlijkheidstest voor alle medewerkers, konden we meteen indruk maken. Het team bij Green Giraffe is erg hecht en er was altijd een prettige en vriendelijke sfeer. Toch werd niet altijd alles besproken, wat soms tot misverstanden kon leiden. De sessies droegen onmiddellijk bij tot een beter wederzijds begrip en samenwerking binnen het Green Giraffe team. Catherine was getuige van een positieve gedragsverandering: collega's durfden nu moedige gesprekken aan te gaan en de \"olifant in de kamer\" aan te pakken die eerder over het hoofd werd gezien of werd vermeden.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"Tijdens persoonlijke gesprekken en vergaderingen zie ik dat 'de olifant in de kamer' nu wordt aangepakt, collega's durven elkaar nu feedback te geven en weten hoe ze dat moeten doen, waardoor het team sterker naar voren is gekomen.\"<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Evaluatie<\/h3>\n<p>We streven er altijd naar om ons spel te verbeteren en te leren van de briljante geesten met wie we gelukkig mogen samenwerken. Daarom waren we blij toen Catherine, een van onze gewaardeerde klanten, de tijd nam om haar gedachten te delen over onze samenwerking in het afgelopen jaar.<\/p>\n<p>Catherine had niets dan lof voor de manier waarop we de zaken aanpakten - ze beschreef de samenwerking als ongelooflijk professioneel en waardevol. En de kers op de taart?
