CEO Herman Bramer legt uit: \"Onlangs hebben we onze nieuwe strategie onthuld, die gericht is op toegevoegde waarde voor consumenten en het ontwikkelen van waarde voor onze retailpartners, in nauwe samenwerking met sterke partners in de waardeketen. We hebben onszelf ambitieuze nieuwe doelen gesteld. Als organisatie leverden we sterke resultaten in een stabiele bedrijfssituatie. We moeten als organisatie veranderen, uit onze 'silo's' stappen en cross-functioneel denken en handelen. Om onze cultuur af te stemmen op onze strategische ambities, hebben we InContext in de arm genomen om onze transformatie te begeleiden.\"<\/p>\n

De Stappen<\/h2>

Martine Klomp, HR Manager legt uit: \"In samenwerking met InContext hebben we vier kernprincipes gedefinieerd en ge\u00efmplementeerd die onze nieuwe cultuur ondersteunen. Dit omvatte een proces in meerdere stappen:<\/p>\n

  1. We startten het proces met twee sessies met ons managementteam om onze gewenste cultuur en kernprincipes te formuleren.<\/li>\n
  2. Om betrokkenheid te bevorderen en verschillende perspectieven te verzamelen, organiseerden we een afdelingsoverschrijdende sessie om een open dialoog mogelijk te maken.<\/li>\n
  3. Vervolgens kwam elke afdeling bijeen om de praktische implicaties van de nieuwe cultuur binnen hun eigen domein te bepalen.<\/li>\n
  4. Omdat we de behoefte aan uitwisseling en feedback tussen afdelingen erkenden, organiseerden we een feedbackforum in de vorm van een \"marktdag\".<\/li>\n
  5. Om managers uit te rusten met de nodige tools om hun teams in de richting van de nieuwe cultuur te sturen, leverden we aangepaste trainingssessies voor hun behoeften.<\/li>\n
  6. We vierden onze culturele evolutie en prestaties met een boeiend en interactief evenement Dynamo day.\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Herman Bramer: \"We zien nu al een verbeterde samenwerking en eenheid tussen de afdelingen. De organisatie voelt zich meer samenhangend en veel vastgeroeste percepties zijn verdwenen.<\/p>\n

    We hebben een sterke basis gelegd voor toekomstige groei en een gedeelde taal ontwikkeld die zelfreflectie en wederzijdse verantwoording stimuleert. Hoewel cultuur een levende, steeds veranderende entiteit is, hebben we aanzienlijke vooruitgang geboekt in de richting van onze doelen.
