ZorgSaam Zorggroep Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is een zorgaanbieder in de regio Zeeuws-Vlaanderen in de meest zuidwestelijke hoek van Nederland. Sandra Dieleman-Moerloos, operationeel manager bij ZorgSaam, deelt haar ervaring:<\/p>\n

\"Bij ZorgSaam wilden we met het herontwerp van onze kliniek het vertrouwen versterken en de rolverdeling verhelderen, zowel binnen teams als tussen managers en hun teams. Ik vond het belangrijk om de operationele managers in hun kracht te zetten, omdat zij een sleutelrol spelen in het implementatieproces.\"<\/p>\n

Onze aanpak<\/h2>

\"Ik kwam in contact met InContext via LinkedIn, en wat me aantrok waren de authenticiteit en kernwaarden van de organisatie. Vanaf ons eerste contact merkte ik de motivatie van InContext. Ze zijn alleen bereid om te helpen als er interne motivatie is binnen de vragende organisatie. Wat vooral opviel in hun aanpak was de oprechte betrokkenheid die InContext toonde bij het succes van de organisatie. Ze doen gedegen onderzoek en analyseren wat nodig is om je doelen te bereiken.\"<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t <\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Resultaat<\/h2>

\"We zagen onmiddellijk een verbeterde samenwerking, zowel tussen teams en managers als binnen de teams zelf. Ook de bereidheid om te leren en samen te werken nam toe. Daarnaast is het bewustzijn op alle niveaus van de organisatie vergroot.\"<\/p>\n

\"De meest fundamentele verandering die we hebben bereikt, is dat mensen nu echt openstaan om dingen vanuit verschillende perspectieven te bekijken. Persoonlijk heb ik er veel aan gehad. Ik benader situaties vanuit een andere invalshoek, wat soms betekent dat ik er alleen voor sta, maar ik ben opgekomen voor waar ik in geloof. Het is fijn om te zien dat dit nu gewaardeerd wordt binnen de organisatie.\"<\/p>\n

\"Ik zou InContext vooral aanraden aan zorgorganisaties die een fundamentele verandering willen realiseren, waarbij iedereen bereid is zich in te zetten voor het proces. Naast bereidheid is het essentieel om tijd en geld te investeren en de hele organisatie bij deze verandering te betrekken. InContext blinkt uit in het aanjagen van cultuurverschuivingen in plaats van het aanpakken van kleine, ge\u00efsoleerde issues. In die gevallen maken ze hun potentieel niet volledig waar.\"<\/p>\n\n
