In deze casestudie belichten we een project gericht op het verbeteren van het leiderschapsmodel en de feedbackcultuur binnen de organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>Het project is gestart naar aanleiding van de behoefte van de TU Delft om medewerkers bewuster te maken van hun leiderschapsvaardigheden en hen mogelijkheden te bieden om feedback te ontvangen ter ondersteuning van hun persoonlijke groei.<\/p>\n                        <div class=\"btn-container\">\n\t\t                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t        <\/div>\n\t\t    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"text-media full-screen right\" >\n            <div class=\"grid-x\">\n            <div data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-delay=\"100\" class=\"cell large-6 small-order-2\">\n                <div class=\"text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 >Selfie360 als oplossing<\/h2><p>In samenwerking met InContext is de Selfie360 tool ontwikkeld. Met deze innovatieve tool konden deelnemers alle aspecten van het leiderschapsprofiel van de TU Delft zelf beoordelen. Het stelde hen in staat om hun gedrag te evalueren in termen van frequentie en om het belang te meten van elke keuze die ze maken in hun rol.<\/p>\n<p>Deelnemers konden ook feedback vragen aan collega's, waardoor ze waardevolle inzichten kregen in hoe hun gedrag werd ervaren. Deze feedback werd verwerkt in een rapport dat de deelnemers ontvingen, zodat ze gerichte stappen konden nemen voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling op elk gebied van hun leiderschapsprofiel.<\/p>\n\n                    <div class=\"btn-container\">\n\t\t                                    <\/div>\n\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n            <div  data-aos=\"fade-up\"  class=\"cell small-order-1 large-6 large-order-2\">\n\t            \n                    <div class=\"img-box\">\n\t\t\t            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/incontextconsultancy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/w2-68.png\" alt=\"Selfie360 als oplossing\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t\t\t                                <\/div>\n\t\t                        <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"no-background text-only left\"  data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-delay=\"100\">\n\t    <div class=\"grid-container\">\n\t\t        <div class=\"grid-x grid-margin-x grid-margin-y\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t                <div class=\"cell  large-offset-1 large-8\">\n                    <div class=\"text text-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 >360 graden feedback eenvoudig gemaakt!<\/h2><p>De implementatie van de Selfie360-tool heeft geleid tot een grotere bewustwording onder medewerkers met betrekking tot relevante leiderschapscomponenten en groeimogelijkheden. De tool is organisatiebreed uitgerold, waardoor deelnemers sessies in hun eigen tempo kunnen inplannen.<\/p>\n<p>Dankzij de Selfie360-tool heeft de TU Delft een cultuur gecre\u00eberd waarin het geven en ontvangen van feedback toegankelijker is geworden.
