Een leiderschapsprogramma op maat voor opkomende leiders<\/p>

De Nederlandse koninklijke luchtvaartmaatschappij KLM hecht veel belang aan leiderschap in een dynamische en veeleisende sector. Om hun opkomende leiders te helpen excelleren, hebben we in samenwerking met KLM een op maat gemaakt leiderschapsprogramma ontwikkeld. Het is een inspirerende reis waarin deelnemers hun leiderschapsvaardigheden versterken, waardevolle netwerken opbouwen en meer inzicht krijgen in hun rol binnen de organisatie.<\/p>\n

Een inspirerende reis door leiderschap<\/h2>

Deelnemers volgen dit programma samen met collega-leiders, delen waardevolle inzichten en leren van elkaar. De reis begint met het verkennen van hun eigen persoonlijkheid en het ontdekken van manieren om hun sterke punten te benutten, terwijl ze zich bewust worden van hun eigen (beperkende) overtuigingen.<\/p>\n

Daarna richten ze zich op hun rol als leider, zowel binnen hun teams als binnen de bredere organisatie. Ze leren hoe ze hun teams kunnen motiveren en inspireren en hoe ze een veilige en ondersteunende werkomgeving kunnen cre\u00ebren. Daarnaast krijgen ze de kans om uitdagende gesprekken te oefenen met de hulp van ervaren trainingsacteurs.<\/p>\n

Tijdens de leiderschapsreis verbinden we opkomende leiders met doorgewinterde rolmodellen binnen KLM. Deze rolmodellen delen hun ervaringen en advies, waardoor deelnemers een breder perspectief krijgen op leiderschap binnen de organisatie.<\/p>\n

Na elke module moedigen we de opkomende leiders aan om de verworven inzichten en vaardigheden in de praktijk toe te passen. We motiveren hen om concrete experimenten uit te voeren om hun groei en ontwikkeling te bevorderen.<\/p>\n\n

Zichtbare groei in leiderschapsvaardigheden<\/h2>

De impact van het programma is duidelijk zichtbaar. De opkomende leiders laten een aanzienlijke groei zien in hun leiderschapsvaardigheden, wat ook wordt erkend door hun supervisors. Bovendien bouwen de deelnemers waardevolle relaties op met andere opkomende leiders, die elkaar ook na afloop van het programma blijven steunen en inspireren.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t <\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
